Hi, I’m Masha — an Agile coach, executive consultant, and course creator with over 140,000 students worldwide. Over the last decade, I’ve helped teams and organizations across Japan and internationally become more Agile — not by throwing buzzwords around, but by focusing on what really matters: clarity, collaboration, and delivering value. As the founder of Agile Apothecary, I work with companies undergoing Agile transformations, train leaders in navigating change, and create practical, no-fluff learning experiences for busy professionals.
